Brisbane house prices drop survey finds
Some Brisbane house prices might be going up next year.
A national analysis by Domain Group reve포항출장샵als median house prices in the country are still down from 2014, but there are signs they are rising fast.
The analysis shows median price rises in Brisbane have more than doubled since the early 90s.
There is an upward trend in the suburbs such as Goulburn and the Gold Coast.
The report also showed house prices in Queensland are at their lowest level on record since 1988.
Nationally, Sydney was the only area to see a rise in median house prices in 2016, while Melbourne saw its median house price jump by more than 20 per cent to around $1.4 million.
A report on property in Australia published in December said house prices were rising faster in Queensland than the national average.
