Hospital plan boosts patient response times at UTSU Medical Centre
Karen Stinson had to wait more than two hours for her MRI before she was able to return home for a third surgery.
She missed her appointment after her son was born with a skull fracture, because the team that performed it couldn’t get the equipment on site and she couldn’t schedule her appointment.
